Thanks uproared for the link. Took a while before I could change the listing from USA to A/P but sure enough lots of PH are no longer included.:(

I know sydney wasnt happy after their reno when I was using a lot of hsinn1 at the hotel. But funny enough of one of the stays they gave me the harbour roof top suite which was niiiiiice.

i only used the hsinn1 cert's at the PHT and the GHT in August so I must have been one of the lucky last. I'm not sure if the grand Hyatt is still on the list but after staying at 5 different hotels in Japan only a few months ago I would pick the grand Hyatt no questions.

For a HGP BRG try using innstant.com , otels.com or aa.com

Otels.com is on the banned list, allegedly due to being a membership website. But it's sometimes possible to make a successful claim. There appears to be little consistency with Hyatt's BRG process.
