As some AFFers know.... I do not fly commercial within the USA. Next week I will be in New York for a few days. I will then be heading to BOS and onto ORD before returning to New York.

I will only have 1 other person with me so I would have space for up to 8 others on each of the flights.

Are there any AFF members in either New York, Boston or Chicago, mid to late next week who wish to join me?

There will not be any cost at all to the pax. Criteria is: non smoking. Organised traveller able to make their own way to and from the airport. NO bulky baggage. And finally NO photographs on the plane!

I am sure there are some people on DONEs thinking about whether they would give up heir SCs to travel in more refined comfort...

Oh if only I was in LOTFAP currently.

Perhaps those on YUPPs can take positioning flights via private jet......

Which day next week and would I have to commit for all 3 flights. Basically I have a 3 day weekend so would it fit in flying to NYC next Thursday and returning on Monday or Tuesday?

NB I doubt it would work and this is somewhat a rhetorical question.

Well the final point rules me out completely. ;)

Sounds good but at the moment I am dealing with idiot customers and can't get away from work.

Wow what an unselfish and generous offer Bossreggie! I wish I could snag a ride with ya but won't be in LOTFAP until June/July :(

Oh what I shame I can't make it!

Pity about the no photo rule too but I can respect that.

I must also add - a very generous offer by you bossreggie!

I get back to London on Sunday night so I will go to New York Mid next week. So Probably late next week wil be my 1st flight.

You do not need to do all the flights at all.

Oooh! This would be fun. Maybe even better than being in a cessna?

If only it was a couple of weeks ago, or later in the year - July, September, October, November ...

I'll be in NYC from Tuesday- Saturday. Booked to fly to LAS on Saturday on DL. So unless you have a sudden change in plans, I'm going to have to decline the generous offer!

How cramped is the cabin? Does it have have a toilet? The Lear 35 I usually use is so cramped and doesn't have a toilet, so while its okay for short hops, I don't look forward to longer flights.

I wish I could join you - sadly already have plans, otherwise a quick weekend in NY would have been in order..!

It was a very slim chance, unfortunately I have to decline. :( no real excuse for not skipping work, besides people doing stupid things ;)

Thank you for the very generous offer.

PS my very good friend asked if you need a wife. She's a great cook but can't offer consummation of any union.

sadly i have left NY a week too early. =( private jet would have been a great experience...

so why don't you do commercial domestic in the US?

Ditto here! (well not NY, but East Coast). Agree it would have been good fun - thanks bossreggie for the offer.
