I'm in the 'don't like' camp but I was able to register an upgrade request this morning.
For most upgrade requests, save for a stock-standard, Vanilla, garden variety domestic ones (sometimes international), the QF website has been broken since they went and stuffed around with points required levels last year. Can't believe they still haven't fixed that!
For a flight tomorrow morning, I'm unable to check-in on line.....
Why should I have to spend 100 times longer trying to do it on the phone then I should be able to spend doing it online? You need to ring for upgrade requests. Don't stuff around with the website.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
Apparently I dont even have a luggage allowance...The layout is fixed again. But check out this upsell. If you know I'm platinum why not put in my actual allowance instead of prompting me to purchase.

You can view the flight number by clicking the little down arrow next to flight date & time. But the very fact that people can't easily find the flight number highlights how user unfriendly this is. One hopes it's an easy thing for QF to fix.One thing which I have also found is that none of the bookings show the flight number. That is ridiculous !!!

I asked the QF Twitter team to do it (they were looking at the flights for another question) and they said sure, but nothings changed on the flight details.
It's actually the reverse for me. Domestic request, U class available, was broken last time I tried it. But the last international request was all done online without hassle. Whatever the situation, something is broken and I also can't believe it hasn't been fixed.
In fact, I sent feedback about the broken domestic upgrade request, had a phone call to advise that I can always just ring up. I don't want to waste 10 minutes calling when I should only need 90 seconds on a website.
Scrolling through a booking now feels like booking a Jetstar flight online
1. No-one has a 56k modem these days, if stuck on that use 3G/4G
2. On a 1920x1080 screen I think it uses too little screen estate.
I think its quite decent, like the quick navigation column on the left.
That said 61 .js files is way over the top.
Although took me some time to find the Exit button.
Would have thought a "Back to My Bookings" on the navigation column would have been better design.
One improvement is the fact that the fare class is not hidden anymore...
As in fare bucket?
AFAIK, that's the one thing that has been consistently available for existing bookings for the last decade and possibly lounger ...
