Yes, had this problem all day today, can’t log-in to either family account as SMS not being sent.Is anyone else having issues with the 2FA not sending out a text when you go to log in? Have never had to use it until a couple of days ago, always just logged me in without having to do it. Irritating as I’m wanting to switch to automatic transfer for the 15% bonus.
Still not working….
It's definitely not a system wide issue. SMS are working for me. I just tested again. Maybe providing that feedback might help them get to the bottom of the problem.
Wonder if it’s a particular network that won’t receive the texts? Which network provider are people on? For me: Telstra and not getting the text (obviously).
