Good find. Mind you I immediately logged one - and it is yet to display.

Ive logged in and got "no claims to display", although I have 2 claims outstanding.

Mine looks like this:

It specifically says VA and airline partners excluding AB. So I doubt the Agoda ones would show up.

Well this is nice to see given points claims is something they have needed to improve for a long time :)

Why they didn't wait until they could list ALL outstanding retro claims, irrespective of whether it is for a partner airline booking, a VA booking or accomodation etc is beyond me. Perhaps this will be an added feature in time to come. I find it exhausting chasing upretro claims with partners that have been ongoing for months and months........sigh

Just to add my experience. I submitted a claim online for an EY flight from FRA - AUH. This was originally purchased in Y (or Q specifically) and upgraded to J via Etihad Select Upgrade, and per either EY's or VA's T&C's on bidding for upgrades I should have been eligible for the originally booked class' points and SC's - https://www.velocityfrequentflyer.com/content/Earn/Airlines/PointsEarn/#etihad

After I submitted my claim online it appeared as 'pending' under my claims on the Velocity site. After a few weeks Etihad decided to deny my claim, and curiously the status of my pending claim changed to 'success' for a few days before dropping off the pending claims section.

I since emailed VA with supporting documentation and provided links to theirs and EY's websites which state I should be eligible for Q-class points and SC's, and while they emailed a response and acknowledged they are chasing up with EY, nothing has appeared in my pending claims section on Velocity.
