Does your calculations include FB earned on the fuel or the double points earned on Coles Mastercard?

Just spoke to India...cause I was P****d when discovered on my statement a PAPER STATEMENT FEE!
After venting my anger as NEVER PAID Statement fee with old card...I'm suddenly informed that I will NOW not be paying PAPER STATEMENT FEE in future!
Even though I stated I will registered Online for statement....reassured that PAPER STATEMENT FEE will NOT be charged.
No ref: number given so will probably have to do it again in a months time(PHONE)
 
Just checked my last couple of statements and no PAPER STATEMENT FEE for me.
