For the timebeing, you can download the
Qantas app and you will have access to the digital version of your membership card.
If your membership kit includes a physical card, delivery takes 10 to 14 working days. If your kit hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre where a member of our team will confirm your postal address and order you another card.
