Yep. Got mine today too. Passed the 1500 threshold in Nov or Dec.

Are the bonus points being issued at the same time as your statement & normal monthly points?

No. I'm currently in about the middle of my statement period.

yep, mine have come through too. If anything it was actually a bit quicker than the 4 months as promised.

Only problem was Virgin devalued them in the mean time. (Or at least for me, I was planning to use them for domestic flights - I have heaps of Qantas points for international flights)

still have until june to book no ?

my points took closer to 5 months to post, was getting a bit nervous for a while there :)

got knocked back for the premium card here, only offered a 3k limit and the lesser bonus. Closed 10k of other credit months ago, seems a bit odd they couldn't offer me the 6k min at least.

oh well, time to ease up on the applications for a while i guess.

Mrs and I applied at the same time.. her 60,000 points have come through but my bonus didn't.. Should I chase them up or wait another month?

There is nothing in the T&C about existing customers cardholders eligibilty? Anyone know how long one must wait if they cancel their velocity card before applying again, and getting the points bonus (if still around)

I have had my Velocity card with NAB for 25 years, never got any bonus for signing up, so I am kinda thinking I am owed.

Yep, there is absolutely no reward for loyalty whether it be banking or insurance. For offers that do have an exclusion clause, it is usually 1 year. Mostly it is well enforced. AMEX will allow you to have 2 cards from the experiences on here - I have 2.

You may want to look at some of the other offers as this NAB card may not pay dividends for you as you are an existing customer. I'd be 'threatening' to cancel it unless they cough up and see what they say. Let us know what you decide.

Just to check, if I put ALL the transactions on the AMEX, will there be a penalty for not using the other card in getting the bonus?

Am still waiting for these points to post (am hopeful for May as per up thread advice!) so I can cancel this card.
Applied & was granted an ANZ black card this week: no first year fee, 37,500 points. But I can't see what's next? Am only chasing velocity points, not QFF- opportunities for velocity seem to be much more limited... Please tell me I'm missing something obvious! (Also have the velocity Amex & virgin money visa)
