Missing Uber Airport Points

Credited normal points from 3 weeks ago... no double points. Thinking request from QF and link to this thread haha
 
Not yet got any points for a couple of Uber airport trips taken in April and May.
 
Interesting, I have had a look through this calendar year and have had no trips credited at all. Will look to put through a claim and advise.
 
if anyone know how to submit a claim or has successfully claimed for missing QFF points from their Uber trips, can you share please.

My last 2 trips over 2-3 weeks ago have not been credited. I had trip during the x6 promotion period, but was only given x3 (i am a QF WP, thus normally get x3). Mention that to a QFF agent when i queried about another issue and was told to follow up with Uber. Since it was just about 100 QFF points, I did not follow up further. however, it would not be acceptable if this is a systematic issue affecting the mass.
 
Seems like a real problem. Followed up with Uber via Twitter, unfortunately they are refusing to assist before the 6-week mark. Will chase them up again once the time has passed.
 
I've just submitted my ride history and confirmation that I'm enrolled to the QF FF service centre. If they deny crediting I'll point out that their website does not detail how to claim missing points from uber, so I consider it their problem to help me with for now. :)
 
I've just received points today from yesterday's fare as well as one from 6th June. I'm all up to date.

I wasn't entirely sure what bonus points I was eligible for but I received 2 points per dollar spent on each of the two trips mentioned

Two points is probably standard points. It should be double that if you ordered Uber comfort or the other (more expensive) choice.

Right you are, I thought I earn more than double by I have been Gold for a few years and checking history I received 3 points per dollar and now I'm punted back to Silver it is 2 points per dollar that is correct.

I just ordered normal Uber so no additional bonus points.

I'm guessing they'll credit the double points at some time after 30 June then.
 
Something to bear in mind is the double points offer applies only to rides taken on UberXL and Uber Comfort.
 
So I finally heard back regarding my missing Qantas points. Apparently, my QFF number had been linked to a different uber account. Uber have advised "Please also note that we are unable to grant points retroactively." The game continues.

That would indeed rot ones socks given the pain to sort that out.

Ive given up since my post last year. I would be pleasantly surprised and happy if they went back 12 months!
