Missing Uber Airport Points

My weekly follow ups with them receive the same message.

Latest one is 'We're aware of the issue with the Qantas points. Once this issue has been fixed, you will be notified. As previously communicated, this has already been escalated'.

I note Uber has a support office in Melbourne for 'in-person' support. Considering make a trip at some stage.
 
I’m sure I’ve got missing Uber points (although mainly the bonus introductory points), just as I know there are missing Woolworths points.

Trip taken this morning at 7.30 already posted points at 1.30pm.

Weird.

Maybe a fix has been found and all the missing ones going back to June will be finally credited!

Yes they have changed it. Qantas sent out an email saying you dont need to use the Qantas app to book Uber anymore. There was some dodgy software they insisted in having on the Qantas app to ensure the referrals from Qantas generated the points only, but then the crediting started to fail back in June and people were starting to have missing points. They scrapped the whole thing after that and just treated every ride to the airports to qualify based on geo location tracking.

Only problem is the ones from June still arent being recognised. Bet they dont have the data on this. I dont know why they simply just dont credit say 300 points per ride to people who make contact with missing points (as a goodwill gesture) and be done with it.

Uber does have this data.
I can access every ride I've ever taken going back years in the Uber app.
 
I just received a heap of points from about a dozen rides I took to/from the airport from back in August so it looks like they are still crediting but just taking while. I don’t mind waiting as long as I get the points eventually.
 
Still waiting. They seem fairly unreliable even today. I have two rides from 2 weeks ago that are outstanding, but the week before the points were credited on the next day.... go figure:confused:

Has anyone else not been getting points from their airport Uber rides since the double points promo went up?

I received standard points but no double points for uber comfort bookings. Any idea who to chase this up with? I suspect both uber and Qantas will try to blame the other.
 
My ride from 16th may was credited today but every other ride between then and now is still missing...
 
I've been regularly credited for trips to mid May, however one i took last Thursday hasn't been credited and I thought that odd. Wouldn't be happy about 2 months delay like has been described above.
 
My 18/5 ride posted today, but w/o double points. Contacted Uber, this'll be fun.
