I booked for 8, which I have now increased to 10 to accommodate @Goodonya and myself.

I will probably be ~15-30 mins late as I am coming from the airport.
 
I will be in Amberroom at ~19:00 for pre game drinks - I will use my time constructively by giving Derryn some riding instructions for upcoming Senate Budget sitting - join me if you so desire.

Speaking of which, I have miscalculated my travel time a bit.

I've got a 2010 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, but won't have time to go home and back to the restaurant (with something better), so may need to shout a bottle off the list.
 
Arrghhh, the rare occasion when Penegal is not Copper, I’m going to have to take his Copper status as I’m in the wrong city! :confused:

Good list of attendees tonight.
Since both Matt_01 and Penegal expect to arrive late should we change the booking to 20:30?

It would be great to meet everyone but unfortunately I am under the weather at the moment :(

As an alternative - or stopover - to the Amberroom, may I suggest The Botanical, where 5.30-7.30pm on Wednesdays their bar has free Wine Bar Wednesdays tastings held by their wine store, Winestyle, with perhaps up to a dozen different wines - today/tonight it's dr.folk (Gippsland) & Tournon/Chapoutier (Pyrenees)

@Cruiser Elite is also out tonight, but I have found a replacement of sorts.

The booking is for 10 people at 8pm, and I’m on my plane.

@boomy I will hopefully only be a couple of minutes late, so happy to keep it at 8, acknowledging the late notice of a change, but a few people may arrive closer to 8:30pm. Early arrivals can have a drink.

....so I’ve been told!

However I was so close I thought a couple of days drinking coughtails by the pool in NOU would soften the blow.
