Now that's giving me 2nd thoughts for what could be my 1st gathering, unless I take on the all important role of being the pleasant company...

Looking forward to catching up with you all, except Cruiser Elite who my doctor states is a bad influence on my liver cancer.

P.S. the roller skates are broken so no Gold Member suit with inflated groin this time, again... Sorry to all my fans.
 
It seems a lot of people miss out on this event by 1 day either side :( :(

The show must go on. We are now up to 11 (now 14) 'confirmed'. If you plan to come, please let me know ASAP so I can arrange an appropriately sized table.

Don't let Lawlass scare you off. She is a fishy character, but quite charming most of the time :)

Thanks penegal, I'll reluctantly be the 13th guest in the party even though I'm painfully shy in a large group (> 2)...
 
1 day to go...

I have updated post #43 with the attendance list. We now have 14 "confirmed", so I have increased the booking to 16 to cover any last minute additions (I know there are a couple of lurkers in this thread). For the newbies, I have PMed you my mobile number.

In the event that I am a few minutes late, I trust that some of the regulars should be there on time.

I was just told my job has been made redundant and I'm happy with the outcome! It's a cause for celebration tomorrow but too bad I can't drink too much as I'll be driving...

The reservation is at 6pm in my real name, but I suspect the tables will be set by 5:30 anyway.

Im driving too so I'll be a one drink wonder. Someone will benefit from my beer to as I'm not a fan...
