I lost my boarding pass after transfer at Haneda from international terminal to domestic terminal. First time in my life. I had it when I went through security to do the terminal transfer. I did not have it when I got to the lounge at domestic. They would not print a replacement nd said I would have to board last and sort it out at the gate

Bless him, Mr Seat 0A installed me in the lounge with a coffee, and went to the JAL customer service desk JIC someone had handed it in - and they had! So all was well that ends well. Digital boarding pass was not offered, but I would not have accepted it anyway as I always prefer a paper pass, having never ever lost one before. Maybe I need to reconsider.
