Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions regarding what Airport Lounges are available at specific airports when travelling on specific airlines. While one can be assured of access at the airline lounge when travelling on that airline (provided you have Lounge membership), thing start to get complex when travelling on a codeshare or partner airline.

Posting Guidelines
Please post your questions about Lounge access in this thread. Be sure to include the airline you are travelling on, the airport (and terminal, if known), and any Airline Status or Airport Lounge membership programs you have.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

The satellite lounge while big does get full quickly during peak periods, ie 7-10AM and 4-7PM. IME it’s those times that the main terminal lounge isn’t busy and worth a visit. It’s also often a shorter walk to the drinks bar.
All on the one level as well, no tricky wide step ups/downs to navigate. Handy if it's been a great drink session.
Food wise, the regional lounge is really only marginally smaller in variety than the Satellite J lounge. The display being compact in the one area might leave you to perceive otherwise.

Hello all
I have QF Plat status and am travelling Economy on BA, BUD-LHR. The Oneworld site doesn't list any lounges, but I was wondering whether anyone had experience with other (paid) lounges at Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport, and would recommend.
Thank you.

Think BA use the Plaza Premium lounge

OW website does list the “Plaza Premium Lounge (Non Schengen)” for BA.

We were there about 18mths ago, also flying BA whY BUD-LHR.

It’s a small, functional lounge. Alas, it was heaving when we were there being Christmas / New Year season.

You're right, sorry. Not sure why it didn't show up in my initial search.
