Background to this thread
We have noticed an increase in the posting of questions regarding what Airport Lounges are available at specific airports when travelling on specific airlines. While one can be assured of access at the airline lounge when travelling on that airline (provided you have Lounge membership), thing start to get complex when travelling on a codeshare or partner airline.

Posting Guidelines
Please post your questions about Lounge access in this thread. Be sure to include the airline you are travelling on, the airport (and terminal, if known), and any Airline Status or Airport Lounge membership programs you have.

When answering questions, please include the original question. This will assist in readability and management of the thread.

(Special thanks to Princess Fiona for suggesting this new thread.)

OH yes, that is good information thanks. The one I looked at was MEL to BKK in the afternoon with an overnight in Sin then a mid morn departure from SIN. So there would be no lounge at all then?
Not in SIN in the morning

Can anyone help with an access question for a family member to the Emirates Lounge at Perth and Dubai International. My wife and I are flying Business on Emirates (booked through Qantas) and want to bring a family member into the Lounge at Perth and Dubai. She (my Wife) is Gold FF with Qantas and I'm Lifetime Silver. Can't find anything definitive on Emirates lounge pages.

THANKS

We are flying Qatar Airlines in J to CDG later this year. As QFF platinum which lounges can we access in Doha? My memory fails me. Not match fit obviously Thanks in advance.

Al Mourjan as a QR J pax.
Qatar Platinum Lounge as a OWE.
If you are on a revenue fare you can (sometimes) pay to upgrade to the Al Safwa First Lounge, easily the better of the lounges. Check your booking on the QR site. It will tell you if you "qualify" for the offer.
Depending on your layover duration it may or may not be worth it.

If you’re returning from Paris in QR J, you’ll be pleased to know that they’ve reopened the T1 Premium Lounge.

Also, in DOH there are now two Al Mourjan Business Class lounges. This review is the original (note: there’s additional and usually quicker showers over near the snooze pods. Walk through the ‘deli“ and turn right)

The new “north”(?) lounge is evolving with the airport expansion.

The new AM lounge is the North Lounge I was there a few days ago but advised by the attendant at the bottom that better chance of a shower at the South lounge and it would be closer to my departure gate.

I have 3 x QF reward flights from NAN to LAX in J on FJ.

We will have onward paid economy flights to Las Vegas. Am I right in thinking that if the onward flight to Las Vegas is on a One World airline we will have lounge access in LAX - even though FJ is only a One World Connect member?
Well this is the reply I received when I contacted American Airlines……☹️

Hello Mr. Davieland
Going by the information you have given us you would not be able to access the club. Fiji Airways is not a oneworld partner. If you have an American Airlines sic letter record locator we can verify your itinerary. However, it sounds like you may have booked through Fiji airlines. Please keep in mind you can buy a one day pass at the club for $59.00 or 5,900 AADvantage miles if necessary based on capacity on that day.

Yeah. Unfortunate but that appears to be in the rules. The special ‘connect’ arrangements don’t appear to apply to AA yet. Although they are slated to do so in the future. Even then, the connecting flight rules donuts appear to apply between ‘connect’ airlines and onward OW airlines.

I'm sure this must be somewhere already but couldn't find it with a quick search. Can my wife and I, travelling on QF1, both being Plats, 'guest in' another couple who will be travelling on an Emirates flight a little later?

Just did JQ16 a couple of nights ago.

KIX is a shadow of its former self still. Same day luggage service from Kyoto hasn't restarted so had to lug bags around myself. Flights are increasing but the stores are still largely closed. The North Wing where JQ take off from has just a Familymart (closes at 20:00) and a single food outlet with pre-prepared microwave food that has to handle the hungry hoards of about 4 flights that depart the wing about the same time.

Expect long queues, and definitely don't leave your duty-free shopping to the airport!

Thanks @Dantine for the update. We aren’t there until September, so hopefully things continue to ramp up in the interim. I’ve got us booked in ‘business class’ so at least we will get fed and watered on the plane!

Hello,

Could anyone tell me if I am eligible to access the Signature Suite lounge at Vancouver. I am flying from Sydney to Montreal with a 4 hour layover in Vancouver in Signature class. The website mentions transit to Australia but not from. Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks

I’m pretty sure that it’s only for International departures.
From memory YVR has separate terminals for Domestic and International flights.
You will have access to the regular Maple Leaf lounge though
