Just hung up after a 25 minute hold time to talk to an agent. Tried again, just in case I was stuck in some kind of system bug, but appears to be the same problem.
As a Plat I've never had a hold time longer than 2 minutes or so. Anyone know why this is an issue today?
I'm just calling about a schedule change so nothing urgent, thankfully. It's in regards to an international flight, so I selected that option in the menu.
