I almost think they've Bonvoyed me!

Should be able to get the first 4 offets. The bonus points package stays are difficult. Not available at each hotel and can be ~50% more than best available.

Yes, that’s normal for these offers. And they can vary wildly for each of us promo to promo. I’ve had some good ones and some truly awful ones....

Mine was a little more rewarding (screenshot below), but I have a question for the brains trust ...



The achievement bonus states complete "3 of the 4 offers" to earn an additional 37,700 bonus points, and as there are only four offers in the promotion and I have completed three of them, one would assume that I should receive the points, right? Well according to IHG, the answer is no. After emailing the service centre they said I needed to complete the three sub offers listed above, and that the June Bonus Offer doesn't count. I pointed out that there are only four offers in total - including the June Bonus Offer - so therefore that should be enough. Another reply came reiterating that I need to complete the three sub-offers, my reply with the screenshot, and another response reiterating the same thing. I then rang the service centre (albeit at 6:30pm Sunday), and got the same answer from them despite me explaining the situation, and the best they could do was apologise and say that they will let the relevant department know.

Now I don't mind making a Points & Cash booking, as the outlay of the points (min. 20k) and cash to receive 42k points back is still better than the cost of buying points (not that I need them). But it is the principle of the matter that their information is wrong and the terms and conditions of each offer- and the Accelerate promotion in general - doesn't provide them any legal relief on this one. What are people's thoughts on this one?

Unfortunately, the month stay bonus offers are normally outside the X of Y Achievement Bonus. However, it does seem odd that you have 3 of 4 but only 3 core challenges. When did you register and do you have a screen shot from the beginning?

Registered the day it came out (2 May?) and it has always said 3 out of the 4 - don't have a screenshot from the beginning though.

If the corresponding stay(s) has posted, the bonus points are usually shortly thereafter. Sometimes at the same time.

I have seen it take upto 6 weeks for bonus points
