Lack of curtains separating Business and Economy on 737

Don't know why...seat 1A to Apia. No recline working. No seat footrest working. Awful food. Y class pax using forward toilet. It's a good reminder to me why I don't like QF international (short) and never fly them long. CSD indifferent....I'm forcing the issue of filing report.
You should get back 75% of the fare for an inop seat under the QF fare adjustment policy.

Just thinking about it… are Aussie airlines the only airlines in the world without dividers between cabins?

I can’t think of another country?

Some European airlines don’t have cabin dividers on their short-haul aircraft, e.g. Brussels Airlines.

I think even the blocked economy middle seat class Eurobusiness class has curtains. They have to as there are is not much differentiation otherwise🤣

Well they have just offered me 10,000 points (,how insulting) despite me saying I want cash refund. I have refused and gone back to them!! 🫣

Did you ask for the ‘fare adjustment’, per the published policy? (While it is a ‘refund’, the official policy is for a fare adjustment.)

That should get you the results.
