Seen that. Even J will put bags in Y lockers.
That’s a pet peeve of mine. Why should I have to give up locker space as a valued QF Gold flying on a red e-Deal ticket when they’re a FoTSG redeeming a business class award? Who do they think they are! 😂

Why have a rope when you can block the view completely. That would also take the shine off from the first row of Y (this makes the QF 737 row 4 look almost luxurious ;)).

Was on a couple QF flights recently on a 737 that didn’t have a curtain separating J and Y cabins. All there was onboard was a placard at the bulkhead of Y saying only J passengers are allowed to be in the J cabin. Fortunately I’m QF Gold and hence had exclusive access to the J restroom whilst flying Y 😂

AFAIK there are no 737s with curtains. The only thing any of them have is the placard.

Naughty!

But then F pax would have to remove the rope to use the lounge

Make it a Flounge then ;)

I recently flew LAX-SYD in F (on points of course). The FA pressured me into waiting in the lounge whilst she made up the bed, I was happy to stand in the front near the loos, but anyway she escorted me up there and it was full to the max with J pax. She was very embarrassed, but I said it was fine and stood their awkwardly whilst she made the bed. (I wasn't even drinking as our flight out of LAX was delayed by several hours so it was early hours of the morning by this point and I'd had a few)

Took the same flight recently, and in the 3 times I went up there, there were no pax in the lounge 🤷‍♂️

Quite annoyed by the lack of privacy curtain in J when I flew from DPS to MEL.

It looks like I am not alone.😓

Hopefully they will bring it back on their new aircrafts based on our feedbacks.
