Oh and the power bank I have has 2 x A output and micro charging port so still need the A to C flexibility for that to re-charge phone when out and about 👍

I don't bother with string. Tried and it can get tangled.

Just travel/store with 'em plugged in to a cable.

Yes that is what I did - but on o/n flt it’s easy to accidentally bump cable and cable can seperate from plug - in CX where they store headphones in those middle compartments easy to dislodge when accessing head phones which it did last flt and no charging whilst sleeping - I also did have it seperate and drop down beside seat - luckily was able to grab it before it disappeared to floor - a separate A to C cable is the simple and 100% effective answer - but clearly others hold different views 👍

Was hoping to touch base to see if anyone has found any good alternatives to this travel charger from Zyron? Touchwood so far it's been pretty decent for our travels and has been working fine thus far.

And for when you're travelling these are also essential:

I've used Zyron GAN chargers for years and they are great. Just be careful, though, with charging an iPhone in one of the higher power ports - this can erode the battery life of the iPhone.

I'm beginning to buy the local power connectors as the adapters are never a good fit. I have European poewer pack for my laptop. The adapter I have for my phone is awkward but most hotels have usb outputs.

Strangely my adapters aren't friendly with the Aus/NZ plug. I seem to have to force them into the adapter.
