Are any other ipad2 users finding that their battery drains ridiculously quicker after upgrading to iOs6?

Seems I can almost watch it going down when browsing, and for the first time ever I had it run out when watching a movie transcon.

Any fixes for the non IT savvy?

I did read some other reports of this issue and hence have not upgraded mine to iOS6 yet. I think I may be waiting for 6.1 before I jump on the upgrade path.

Not iPad but 3GS iPhone. Battery life noticably shorter with iOS6.0. I'd estimate 25% less. Am fiddling with settings to try and improve but no luck so far (turning off bluetooth helped but then it had bluetooth before the OS upgrade).

I was seriously ready to upgrade to iPhone 5 but now am prepared to wait for iPhone 5 v2.

Oh, and apple maps sucks. They really should make it possible to re-download Google Maps app.

Haven't really noticed too much, as my iPhone 3GS is already 3 years old anyway, and always found the new iPad to drain the battery pretty quick, but hopefully they'll bring out 6.0.1 or 6.1 pretty quickly, and fix the issues, like they always do.

iPhone 4 with iOS 6 = fine
iPad 2 with iOS 6 = fine

Not noticed any difference of battery drain on either. There was a little lag on the iPhone 4, but it got better as the betas progressed, and now with the release on it, it's useable.

My iPhone 5 sucks battery like someone that's not drunk water for days, but that's LTE for you not iOS6.

As per the above screenshot!

I have noticed slightly extra drain on my Iphone4 battery, but noticeable more drain whilst using my Ipad1 & 3 after the new version installed.
I am on a waitlist for the new Iphone5, but have certain reservations if battery drain is even worse.

Having tested my iPhone 3GS a little bit more, it appears GPS is draining my battery a lot quicker, but otherwise seems okay. Not completely sure why.
