Was wondering if anybody else had been invited for a 90 min "test drive" and to provide feedback during the session.

This is for the upgrade to the A 330 J cabin

session will be held in mid December

I suspect a NDA will be required.

No mention of any NDA, but invitation clearly states no cameras.

have been asked to bring all the normal stuff I travel with for a long haul flight such as laptop, ipad, headphones, etc

Still waiting for mine - and I'm such a careful driver, too!!

Which city is it being held in?

As if it would be outside SYD!

My guess is they would select the most frequent J travellers for this - it makes sense.

I'd go the other way and look at those who have accessed the F Lounge with a CX J boarding pass :)

After all there is more of them than Asia bound QF J customers ;)

Nah - to get the desired results the would only get those most used to economy travel.

But the new suites are for the A330 trans con flights aren't they?

Nope.. A330's so that will put SIN and HKG etc into the mix.

Thanks for that. Yes makes far more sense then. They have a lot to live up to though as I still think the current CX J seat is amongst or is the best out there at present.

nothing here, would be a fun 90 minutes I reckon. Looking forward to trying the seat out on the way to BKK in the "near" future

Would be good if they send my ex to this one - she managed to find all the faults of the new CX Cirrus seat on her 3hr HKG-SIN flight, and managed to spill her drinks at least 3 times due to the "poor design" of the seating space. If anything passes her thorough testing, it has to be good.
