**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

Lost another 10SC overnight. Was there a double SC offer last December?
This year for me SCs posted on Jan 18 and then Feb 02 so late posting of SCs is nothing new but this is the first time I remember them being 2 months in arrears - SCs already removed for Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 and nothing posted for Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 although to be fair still a few minutes yet until 2023 :D
 
I assume everyone else is still waiting for their Nov - and now their Dec - SCs? I'm 12 points short to renew Gold and my renew date is on 20/01 so I'm starting to sweat a little :')

Anyone had any luck contacting them directly, if so did you email, call, etc?

If it’s any consolation you also have that “pending” window to process the straggler SCs.

Hopefully both Nov and Dec will land by mid Jan.

Phoned about two weeks ago. Useless. Was told to email [email protected] with details, etc.

Did so immediately, no response. I assume the email address was valid or it would have bounced back.

Even just as a matter of courtesy and to put minds at rest, Virgin should put something on the Velocity web site about this. Pretty shoddy that they don't.

I finally received this reply from Velocity on 02/02/23.....

Just checked and something has now popped up on my account. Wasn’t there yesterday. But nothing on my wife’s, which is family pooling to me. 1SC would be correct (only spent just over $100 on this FB account in November; bulk of Coles spend that month was on the other account). Not sure why it’s posted as +2SCs…
