Infant charges? $2.50 charge for a debit card?

Ok - this is a SYD-HBA booking with a QF to MEL then JQ to HBA.

1. $75 for an infant when the conditions say infants travel free on lap??
2. $2.50 to use a debit card??

The $2.50 for a debot card is an improvement on the $7.70 they have been charging...

I got charged more than that as a random surprise after the flight without my consent.

1 x Adult $222.30
1 x Infant $75.11
Qantas total $297.42

My total $297.41

A cent here and a cent there makes a huge difference. I would happily collect 1c for every ticket sold.
