I've just returned from a SYD-SCL-EZE return on LATAM. Booked directly with LATAM, as a J trip (although the SCL-EZE leg is PE as there's no J). QFF number on the booking, one PNR.
Outbound I was credited QFF points for both legs of the journey, from SYD-EZE. On my return I was only credited QFF points for the SCL-SYD leg. I submitted a Missing Points claim to QFF for the EZE-SCL leg, but computer said NO!
So, is this rejection of claim on that one leg correct, or should I pursue my claim, given the logic that it's one PNR to rule them all and points crediting should be consistent?
If so, how best to do that outside the Claim Missing Points channel?
Any advice much appreciated!
