I book these tickets ex-NRT and I do not know any Japanese TAs. Unlike the RWSTARs which can be booked with a Canadian TA I know at the price of the cheaper departure point due to the Canadian exception which no longer exists for xONExs.Travel Guru said:If it was me, i'd book it through an agent and ask them to issue as paper tkt, that way it only needs the date changed in the GDS and a reval sticker whereas on e-tkt it generally needs to be revalidated by a consolidator who would be likely to check the rules prior to doing so.
