IHG 40k Book Direct Promo - 2017

Finally, after a few calls, I noticed (while registering for Q1 2018 Accelerate) that my points balance was a lot higher than it was on Wed

Looks like they've manually pushed through 2nd and 3rd night stays to then trigger the completion bonus. Thus ends the saga for me....

Posted for the damn money I spent there not the bonus points for the OTA Book Direct promo
I am getting sick of having to chase IHG to get my bonus points all the time
I am an Ambassador Platinum but Accor Le Club is starting to look good
I have responded ( 3rd time ) telling them to sort it out, check their promotion and post the points or I will lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs
I am sure they reckon they can fob you off
Totally sick of them and their ignoramus staff who can't even follow up properly on their own promotions
How hard can it be as they only have 2 or 3 promos running at the one time
 
After hassling they are now pleased to advise me I have been awarded the points for the 3rd stay and completion. the points posted as GOODWILL POINTS.
BUT still no points for the 2nd stay.
Who the hell is running these programs. I find it bizarre that unless you kept a good record of what you are entitled to that they can slip through the cracks.
I think they made a mistake with this promo and it was simply too easy to get too many points and they have a deliberate "go slow" in place.
The offer drops off te profiles on 31st January so I want it sorted out before then.

How are you guys contacting IHG customer service? Through the account's report missing points or calling them up?

Referring to this Book Direct 40k (5k, 9k, 15k) and AMEA up to 71k points promo. Do you wait till the 3 weeks of the final stay before contacting them? I did a stay on 21/11/17 HI, 28/11/17 IC, 12/12/17 IC.

So far I've got only one lot of 10k points from the AMEA offer. I should be getting 101k from this promo, only have 11k posted so far.

Also, a 3k bonus birthday offer by 31/12/17, not posted as well.

I did get my full Accelerate 30k completed and posted though, which was easy and overlapped with the AMEA and Book Direct.

I called them after logging the missing points online. You get an automatic response but expect a further email with the "bullxx_t" response that will have a phone number. Call them and quote the number from your missing points claim.

Just about to send in requests for missing points - do the Book Direct 40k points and AMEA 71k points promos stack together?
 
Has anyone received any 'other' OFFERS or CODES lately ?

Aside from the ACCELERATE promo, is there anything else running ?
