How to transfer Choice Privileges points to an airline?

I'm trying to exchange my Choice Privileges points to airline points. When I go to this page of the Choice website:

https://www.choicehotels.com/en-au/choice-privileges/rewards-exchange

It either won't let me log in, or if I do manage to log in, clicking "Exchange Now" does nothing.

Am I doing something wrong, or is the Choice website broken?
