How to transfer Choice Privileges points to an airline?

I'm trying to exchange my Choice Privileges points to airline points. When I go to this page of the Choice website:

https://www.choicehotels.com/en-au/choice-privileges/rewards-exchange

It either won't let me log in, or if I do manage to log in, clicking "Exchange Now" does nothing.

Am I doing something wrong, or is the Choice website broken?

I just tried too. Tapping the link does nothing. But a long hold and ‘open in new window’ takes me back to the sign-in page, and once completing that, opens a page saying they’ll send a one-time verification. But the page hangs at that stage.

I ended up managing to do this by trying a different browser. The whole system seems quite broken though, overall!

We are experiencing a temporary service interruption that may affect our usual operations. We are working to make it available again soon. Please try again later.

Seems like no bother actually raised with with Choice Privileges. I raised a formal issued about 2 weeks ago. Took them a long time firstly admit there a problem. Then they won't give an approx time when this matter will be fixed. I raised it even further and seems it might get fixed.

Note every single time l spoke to CP customer service they clearly said there no such thing as 2000 CP points for 800 Qantas or Velocity. The min conversion is 20,000 CP for 8000 Qantas or Velocity. I have asked them to check their website but they don't do this. There not much anyone can do it they won't help.

CP was a good option to top up a couple of points for Qantas or Velocity but after this head ache might not be worth the time and effort.

Yikes. Something has definitely changed then (for the worse). Hope it's fixed soon.

I agree. I had to raise this to someone higher just to be actual taken seriously. Literally just needed a few hundred points.
