how many steps do you do a day

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Keep it up. Mind you, 60.5 Kg is hardly in the need to diet category!
It's not so much that I diet as such, but I just keep an eye on what I eat, and try and minimise carbs.

However, I often have a beer and a couple of glasses of red wine a day, so who knows what my weight would be without that.

My wife does say that I'm in danger of wasting away, but if I really indulged myself, my weight would shoot up.

(I'm secretly aiming to get to 59 Kg)..

Having started recovery from a health issue I'm ramping up to 10,000 a day so I can complete an Egypt holiday where it will be hot. Given temp today in SA seemed like the day to start. I hope to be easily at 15000 by April.

I personally would aim for something slap bang in the middle of the ‘Healthy‘ BMI range if I wasn’t super active or weight training or auditioning for underwear model gigs. It’s a reasonable indicator of healthy weight in proportion to size.

I’m not! At my fittest I was 89kg (6’2”). Playing Aussie Rules at a decent level and running ~70km a week. At 40 I was 93kg and still running 5 or 6 km every night. 15 years later I’m 120kg. At 55 I’d be ecstatic to get down to 100kg.

I'd like to ask about the Apple watch and the "Activity" App - the one with the rings... We have long used the phone to get points (obviously!!) but my wife wanted one because she did Aqua Fitness and was losing the opportunity for points in the water. Does anyone have any experience with the best workout app for aquafitness that will feed through to the Q Wellbeing App?

Since late March I'm back doing 6,000+ steps a day. Most days I can feel the pain in hip and lower back but push myself to keep going.

I know some people say it's good for weight loss but it does nothing for my weight loss but could be helping keeping my weight under 130kg.
