How long does it take to post SG pack?

Should I chase Qantas on getting my gold pack sent out? I haven't received EITHER silver or gold since I requaled for silver late March/early april and then hit gold on May 2nd (15 days ago). I'm flying QF international in a couple of weeks and want my pack before then

Our Frequent Flyer team on 131131 are able to provide you with an update. :)
 
I hope they're on the ball with mailing these. I'm going to have a weird situation of having about 4 days between hitting gold and then platinum. I want both packs! :)

I hope they don't try this one on me! I qualified PS on 4th April and still haven't received my silver pack.
After some flights next weekend I'll be SG and then will only be 200 SC's away from WP.
I want all three packs.
 
I got my new Gold Pack today; I requalified for 2014 last Thursday. I should note that the gold pack informed me that I could earn a 50% status bonus when flying on BA. I’m pretty sure that’s wrong.

Me too! I'm one of those people who booked a big international trip on BA BEFORE the changes to points earning was announced and now I'm stuck with earning less points even though I booked the trip before the announcement.
 
My silver pack arrived today, letter inside was dated 13th May and I reached PS 4th May.

I'll reach SG this Saturday, then i'll have enough bag tags for the whole family :)

I qualified for SG 26th May, received the package today.
Letter inside was dated 30th May.

So around the 10 business days for me.

Qualified for WP on the weekend, now to wait for the next package :)
 
What is the situation if one has qualified but not received the pack, say just gone SG can lounge access be had?.
