During an older trip, the 2nd time I used QR on a DONEx IIRC, I had problems getting one flight to post.
On each of my trips where I have used QR, it's always been 2 connecting flights. US - EU (or other way around) via DOH. For the trip in question, one flight posted, the other didn't.
I went through the normal process of claiming the missing flight. They rejected the online form and had to send a copy of the boarding pass, which they rejected. I don't recall the reason they gave for not accepting the boarding pass as proof of having been on that flight, but they did have flights in the system that flew into DOH and another that flew out of the EU port, so I was somewhat confused how they could see flights that matched up with having used the flight that was missing. (eg, how could they accept a flight that flew into DOH and another that flew out of CDG, but not accept the flight that flew DOH-CDG)
Ended up having to get a letter from QR stating that I was indeed on the flight in question. Took a couple of months of back and forth with QFF then having to locate contact details for the right part of QR to talk to, explain the issue to them and finally send the letter to QFF before the flight posted.
