Suprised to be upgraded, seeing its so close to Christmas and school holidays.
Room includes free mini bar, refilled daily.
Dont mind it here, just nothing close by, like restaurants etc.

Rate: $319 per night with SNUs
Early check in/late out: Early checkin by 30 mins, room was ready, late check out not required
Free internet: Yes
Free breakfast: Yes in no 35 or lounge. Chose lounge.
Welcome drink: 2 vouchers, forgot to use
Welcome amenity: Bottle of Frankie Shiraz and hand written card.

Recommend: Yes especially with an snu and upgrade, give you plenty of space, and we had great views over the art centre to the bay. Plus access to lounge.

Service can be mixed, checked in downstairs as it was quiet , found the treatment quite dismissive and cold. Previous trip friendly

But at the lounge much friendlier and service oriented this stay, much more interested in us as guests etc…

Anyway this was Short break for our anniversary, and use up expiring SNUs.

Enjoyed afternoon tea/canapés and breakfast in the lounge. You could probably not eat anywhere else and be quite happy.

Forgot to use the drink vouchers though , should have got some to go hot drinks.



Also went to dinner at miss mi at the movenpick for something different, Accor explorer used without issues and also given complimentary sparkling for our anniversary which was very generous. Food was also excellent so highly recommend.
Chili crab and prawn dumplings, chicken ribs, barramundi and wok fried vegetables.

I’ve stayed at the last 2 and Sofitel is miles better but it’s also in a completely different part of the island so depends where you want to stay.
Personally I didn’t enjoy the Pullman and probably wouldn’t go back there.

Sofitel, no contest, if You want to do nothing at all.

Yeah. I won’t go back there.
Heading back in Feb, and having our birthday party at Novotel Nusa Dua, then back to the Mercure Kuta, which we enjoyed.
Was booked for the heritage Kuta which we stayed at last year, but with the new hotel in front of it blocking the beach view from the pool, we cancelled.
