I purchased some vouchers during the latest DSC promotion which I think I have now used but can't find a way on the QF website to work out if there are any outstanding. Does anyone have a way of doing this?
I dont believe so or know of a way. Technically as gifts you shouldnt need to know if your recipient used it or not.
They arent linked to a QFF.
My vouchers came from the email address [email protected] with a subject of "Your Qantas gift voucher for MR SDTRAVEL" if that helps you search your inbox.
I did have my FF but after nearly an hour Qantas says they can not track them at all so I'll just have to trawl through my emails again. Next time there will be an excel spreadsheet!!They will only appear in MMB if you have your frequent flyer number against them. This is not always the case.
I write down all PNR's by hand once the confirmation screen appears as there have been cases where an email was not received.
I'm sure they used to appear in MMB

Same. Despite always adding my QFF number during the voucher creation process, they never show up in MMB after. I always have to call up and get them to add manually.I'm pretty certain mine have never appeared in MMB (and they always have my QFF number), except I think residual value vouchers do.

In the early days, you could go to the AY website and add your FF number to a voucher ...Same. Despite always adding my QFF number during the voucher creation process, they never show up in MMB after. I always have to call up and get them to add manually.
The voucher is owned by the passenger(s) who are unable to add QFF details until they redeem it for a flight or a QF service agent does it in the system for them. Even if the purchaser and the passenger are the same the voucher issue process doesn't care.
Residual vouchers do show up in MMB because they issue to the passenger(s) and not the purchaser and so already have the QFF details attached from the booking that redeemed the original voucher.
Re tracking... like others I have a document I keep with the expiry dates and voucher PNR's and value so I know what is due when and can plan
