Anyone watch the aerobatics from the rooftop? Was waiting for the loops! Getting busier up there will be back up later!

...some passing showers but has stopped now. NOT moving as have secured a nice spot!

Had to close my eyes during that aerobatics display.......and too think I thought turbulance was bad.....that pilot was insane!!!

Great viewing of the magnificent Sydney NYE fireworks from the HI roof...10 mins after the fireworks finished, we were back in our room, not the hours it would take to get home if we had to catch the train! !

Austman - we must have been standing very close looks like same view.

kpc - and 10 minutes before the fireworks I was in my room, hence the people in front of me.

It was great to catch up with everyone hope we can do it again next year

Our TV worked when we were there last year. Many minutes spent watching the TV during the lazy moments, mostly food and cooking shows (thankfully of good calibre).

That was quite insane, I was just up by chance checking out the best spots.
