Still Saturday 18th, Bus with experienced tour driver booked and paid by myself for 5 hours. Itinerary has been modififed to meet the time constraints. I will post new itinerary very soon, I have been working 10-11 hr days and have so far failed to get to a bank to open a tour account. I have free time this Friday so will do everything I can that day, but am also traveling to Sydney that day, so will try my best. If all else fails we can sort payment out on the day, I am the only one at risk of loosing money at this stage. I promise an outstanding day, with wine, food, whiskey, gin and above all else fun and smiles!

Yes bus booked and paid for the Saturday, hope we can arrange dinner too. I will arrange sightseeing if needed/wanted on Sunday morning, and willing to help with airport taxi runs if needed.
 
Pick up location for tour will be gas works village cellar door, this can be earlier than the start of the tour as we can do tastings at this location too. Home - Gasworks Cellar Door


Stop 1 is very close
Glaetzer-Dixon family wine makes showroom, is one of Hobart newest, and a stunning showroom for tastings. Nocookies

Stop 2
Sullivans cove distillery at Cambridge with their own whiskey and brandy, and often local gin. Home of the World's Best Single Malt Whisky | Sullivans Cove Distillery

Stop 3
Coal Valley Vineyard for tasting and lunch Lunch Menu

Stop 4
Pooley Winery for an afternoon tasting (time dependant, but should be certainly achievable) Pooley Wines

Final drop off.

And they have 25+ Tasmanian whiskeys.

Tasting platters are a little pricey but in keeping with the elevated prices of these premium products.

Ha, ha. :) 'Platinum' in this context means I'm a certainty to attend. Gold is pretty certain, Silver is 50/50 and Bronze is 'I'd like to, but ...'.
