I will be coming from OzFest on the Sunshine Coast ten day earlier as I have taken leave.

I just have to work out the most creative routing to get there. :shock::D

I saw that. Tempting. Except with my other travel plans for 2018 I would hate myself if I booked other than Y for this, but could I stand it? :eek:

You can do economy. Too easy as a Platinum. ;)
 
Does flying Cathay Dragon out of Hong Kong still count as One World for lounge access? Even if you say fly Cathay Pacific into HKG?
 
Ok, well i was planning to transit between Osaka and Beijing or Shanghai around that time using QF points so perhaps i might be able to make it 10 June... 9.20am CX from KIX gets in about 12.20 so not sure when the festivities are planned to commence (unless i flew in the night before) and then take a 6pm or so CX or whatever Cathay Dragon designation flight up to Shanghai or Beijing...
