HKG fuel surcharges are back (Bye bye cheap redemptions)

It should be noted that SQ have not added a fuel surcharge to award flights originating HKG (as of today at least).

QF/CX have added a fuel surcharge of HKD584 (AUD106) on CX award flights HKG-PER (which is more than the actual taxes).

The fuel surcharge (which is $240 each way between Australia and Singapore) is not included on paid airfares; only reward bookings.
