[Flashback]

Im having issues claim-ing an Honors stay and credit point booked on a 99 dollar night ( that cost me 223 but thats another story)
SPeaking to teh phone rep it says that it was an ineligible night

Anyone run into that?

Generally those cheap nights that you get issued with the card don't earn points. I've always got points in the past before it went to Mac Bank, but it's a huge case of YMMV...

It's correct according to the rules. Sometimes it does post as eligible, but that is just a bonus.

i hate when someone else is right

interestingly i booked teh 99 dollar night but the room was 234 ( still 250 less than a standard room that night!)

on check in the girl couldn't figure out teh rate so didn't want the card

WOuld have thought that it should still count as either a night or a stay!
