Hi.....New member

I hope this is where neewbies go to introduce themselves on here!

Well I have been googling my way around looking for tips on an ATW trip we (me, she who must be obeyed and teenage boy) are planning, and well I ended up here and thought I would join.

I have come across the Flyertalk site and this one and am in absolute awe of two things in particular;
1. The knowledge of the members (awesome -as my septic cousin would say)
2. The amount of travel you guys do ........I am green with envy.:mrgreen:

Hoping to learn lots here (unfortunately for you guys that means lots of stupid questions) and in the process save some money and rack up some points !

There is a wealth of information available here and people give of it freely. I must however warn you about your comment.

From what I see most people become addicted and actually end up spending more money :!: (... and time)

:shock: That's a frightening addiction if it comes to that...

As for me I set a budget for myself every year, and it hasn't increased even after discovering all the frequent flyer forums. But with the tips and tricks I've accumulated I've managed to increase the number of trips I take with the same budget. Addicted, but not spending more...i hope.
