Hello, I am a final year BSc student at The University of West London (UK) completing my final year dissertation on the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
I am looking for respondents to complete my survey and would be extremely grateful if you have five minutes to spare to let me know your thoughts, allowing me to complete my work.
If you have any questions prior, please do let me know and I will be happy to assist.

Completed the survey as well - very simple to complete and I wish you all the best in your course! :)

Done, and good luck. One small thing, on the last page (Page 7) the selection is not exclusive, you can select two check boxes on the same row. It was very tempting for a few I didn't have a clear answer for!

Completed, good luck with the dissertation. You should pass it on to Qantas when finalised!

Done. In terms of earning points, they are also available through insurance and other financial products including the biggy: credit card sign up bonuses (as distinct from credit card spend).

Completed. I would be very interested in the results and particularly if they are presented to qantas.

One comment, with the AFF audience in mind, it may corrupt or skew your data lumping in active status holders (who are earning it year to year) with passive status holders (i.e. those with lifetime status). I would have included these as options in the status question or another question asking if lifetime member, so you differentiate the data (if sample size is big enough). In particular someone who is lifetime gold (and not platinum) may have different level of engagement with the program than someone who is actively pursuing gold status from year to year.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Agreed, and the survey only asks what your current status is, it may be relevant to ask what is the highest status you have held in the past
