A bit late to the game but finally filled it out. Qantas would have most of the info already, other than the last page about preferences and behaviour.

It prompted me to remember an article recently claiming that people do pay more when a member of a loyalty program. Agree with others that it would be great to read your final dissertation.

Also, I would suggest a course in statistics and randomisation would be needed to proceed...

Maybe our answers were so weird, he messed up his project (though as a dissertation would imagine wouldn't need to be too scientifically rigorous in terms of skewed sampling)

Agree, but don't think there is any submission timeline mentioned so perhaps Mr Bennett is busy with his (appears) Aircraft Dispatcher day job at the moment?
