Heads up: Problems with VFLEXLFLEX fares issued prior 18FEB18

With V and L class now part of the discount economy "Red E-Deal" fare bucket you should monitor any VFLEX and LFLEX tickets you may have issued prior to 18FEB...these bookings are being treated under the new fare conditions and not the old FlexiSaver conditions. For example if you upgrade using points it's charging you discount economy level - it's also posting points at the discount economy level. People have had issues trying to change these fares too. QF mentioned VFLEX and LFLEX wouldn't be an issue - but clearly it is.
