Ok, I have done some researching and manifests do not have booking class.

They do, however, show which passengers were given an op-up.

Interesting. I don't think I have any different treatment however I got into bus class.

There is a reason why op-ups are shown. If they are short on meals (eg drop some on the floor), guess who gets last choice or a meal from lower cabin?

On airlines that take meal orders in premium cabin in some kind of order, eg SQ, every time I got op-up I would be asked last what meal I want.

Usually something along the lines of "Y/J" as a comment.

I should note that what I mentioned in the previous post is for domestic flights only.
