If their is a flybuys rep on this site can you please explain to me why, having been a Flybuys member for many years I never receive any Coles offers for bonus points or offers for bonus Velocity Points when I transfer my Flybuys points. I've contacted Flybuys by phone and email but can get no answers. This is really frustrating when I have been a loyal long-term member and get no recognition for this.

Have you linked your flybuys and velocity accounts?
 
Never receive ANY Coles offer? That's impossible.
It actually isn’t impossible. OP, have you checked your profile to see what options you have ticked under your preferences.
If that is all ok you may have to contact Flybuys again (I find messenger good) and ask them to look into the backend of your profile. There have been cases where something hasn’t been ticked so the profile looks inactive for the purposes of offers.

Whilst the offers are meant to be random, there have been cases where some people are missing out completely where they shouldn’t be.
 
Most offers for bonus offers when transferring Velocity Points are open to everyone.

Yes, there's an occasional targetted offer, but they don't happen much (or at least if they do, I don't know about them :) )
 
Can I transfer points to the same VA account from 2 FB cards in the same household?
One of the FB accounts is connected to the VA account, the other one will not link as it says there’s already that VA account in use for the household. How do I get around this or what am I doing wrong?
 
link your FB cards.We both have a card and all goes to the 1account.

We do the same and receive regular offers.

No it's not. I have never received a Flybuys related offer from Coles. I'm talking about the offers where if you spend X amount at Coles you will receive X number of Flybuys points. I don't receive them via email and there are never any offers available when I log into my Flybuys account. Please don't post negative comments when you don't know the facts.
 
I usually have atleast one major offer per week of bonus points. The last 6 weeks I've got over 15000 points. Something must be wrong.
 
Under your account details online, is your email and home address correct?
Do you have the Fly Buys mobile app? For me, the paper voucher offers have been replaced by offers via email and in the app.

At the bottom of your account details, have you filled out information in this section:

(Up to you how accurate you are with providing the specifics, but if you say you don't drink alcohol, then you probably won't get any Liqourland or First Choice offers).

In your account online, have you looked at your card details, and the option to Manage your communication preferences? Actually, that is probably the first area you should try (I've been "writing out loud" as I think and click through my FlyBuys account. You'll see options like this:

I suspect all of yours may be not ticked? It's either the communications offers are blocked or there is some problem contacting you, such as typo in email or old home address, I would guess.
 
This happened to me with WW Rewards. Stopped receiving offers, asked them to look into it and after 6 months I gave up on them, shut down my account and opened a new one. Offers have come in regularly since.

That's exactly what I would have done. And in my view the only way to go about it.
 
Do the Coles staff have a legal right to search through your shopping bag whilst you are in the middle of scanning the shopping (and placing each item on the shelf) at the self check out? This is not the first time this guy has done it and I find it very intrusive. Before I take it up with management, I’m not sure that he is legally allowed to do that.

If he's physically touching your bag or items in it, then no, he's not allowed to do that.

I have the same problem. Been in Flybuys for years and don't receive any offers for anything. My profile settings are exactly the same as another person who does receive offers. Had numerous discussions with Coles people but its a battle to get any useful interest from them in resolving it. I've since given up.
