Yes, I was deliberately quoting something that was "sorta picking" on Christianity, mainly to counter the view that Chistianity is only ever the "victim", clearly there are plenty of cases where they were the victimiser. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone and all that.

Victimised for homophobic comments and spreading hate speech? Way too many people have died and been persecuted for their sexual orientation with religious leaders, followers and supporters leading the charge.

I'm not saying that it is. My point is that the T&Cs seek to ban legal defence funds related to alleged crimes; but no crime was committed by Folau. The dispute between Folau and RA is civil in nature so there is no basis for GoFundMe to ban the page on the basis of the clause quoted.
