simply enrolled the supp card holder online first....waited 2 days...then did the primary....weird thing was= hadnt even activated the sig cards before i did it...and still went through fine....(now wishing it hadnt!)....and re reading fine print- sure - should have but the call centre staff who did the sell didnt mention it either...and when the card came- zippo...only saw it when bills arrived- what was it- condition no 19 out of 50? Pathetic offer i agree..no idea why we bothered to take the upgrade now- absolutely no benefit i can see....

It's also there on the sign up form from memory, and not hidden away in the T+Cs.

It was somewhere prominent - I saw it straight away and I haven't waded into the Ts & Cs.

It is in the product description:

As a Signature cardholder you will also enjoy:

A low introductory rate of 0.9% p.a. for 9 months on balance transfers[SUP]3[/SUP]. After the introductory period the rate will revert to the Cash Advance Rate.

As I already have access to Priority Pass via AMEX, I signed up my +1s supplementary card online for the Signature Visa PP offer....seemed to have gone through OK:p

no it is not

Actually, yes, yes it is. Whether you noticed or not, or even possibly if they changed the website, it is there now and has been for a while. Once you enter the code the page displays it very prominently, in red even.

Still, good luck getting the money refunded if you had an alternate means of access that would have been free. Would be a nice gesture of goodwill, or perhaps just good marketing if you let us know the outcome.

Annual Fee: FREE

I have got a free for life platinum card, anyone successfully call up the CS to get a free upgrade to Signature? May be telling them you will cancel the card?

I tried asking for a free upgrade, but Citibank wouldn't budge.

I guess we can only wait for their offer for a free upgrade.

Just received a free upgrade from Citibank Plat to Signature

"Global benefits.
Same annual fee

We'd like to invite you to upgrade now"

The card is included in the invite

nothing for me :(
might be because my credit limit is just 14k, a little under Signature's minimum credit limit of 15k

I'm fortunate i don't have anything on offer or to be considered..I got my first Citi card (CitiBusiness Gold) in Jan. Hopefully, come September I will have better options on other Citi credit card products. For the moment, I'm enjoying 1.25 reward points per $ spend. There's the cap at 250k which is over and above the 40k sign up option. So, total 290k, not? Getting pretty close to 190k.

Can someone confirm that the minimum credit limit for Signature is 15K? Also what is minimum credit limit for Select?

My credit limit on my Platinum card is 14.5K, and that was based on my income about 5 years ago which was much lower. I am keen to be upgraded to Signature or Select so maybe to get the free Signature offer I need to crank up my credit limit?

My annual income has gone up a lot since then so wonder the best way to get my hands to Select card. Whilst the 80K signon bonus is great I do not like to pay the $700 annual fee every year.

I just received my Citibank Signature card and have not yet chosen to go QFF rewards or the regular Citibank rewards. I know the conversion rate for QFF is 1:1 but can anyone tell me the conversion rate for SQ or DJ? I have spent ages trawling the Citibank website but can't find the relevant info.... perhaps I am just not looking in the right place...
