Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Every now and then there's a glitch and you need to give them a call. Over the years this has happned to me maybe twice. Call or chat online; in my experience they've always given the bonus points manually.

It's always good to keep receipts until you get the bonus points. In my case I usually do Coles Online orders so the receipts are easily accessible to me and to FlyBuys.

As an aside, instore receipts are available on Coles Online too under 'Instore Purchases'.

Fortunately no glitches re the date on the receipt (either printed or online) but no sign of the week two offer on the app.

Nothing for a month, and now 40x bonus points on a bunch of vegan meat substitutes. Oh well, hopefully this means they have remembered I exist. Will keep doing sporadic small shops for now.

Well you learn something new every day. I did not know that I could get a receipt like that.

When I was in the UK and on expenses I forgot to get a receipt from Tesco and I had spent a bit and went back there a few days later and showed them my Tesco card and they were able to reprint it - I was very impressed

Anyone else experiencing bonus points not posting? My week 1 Coles order was normal (receipt listed that I'd completed week 1) but I never received a reminder offer for week 2 and my week 2 receipt didn't show that week 2 existed and no bonus points have been credited.
No reminder for week 2 received either, but after shopping today , the receipt stated Congratulations 2000 reward points collected. Expect to see the points in a couple of days. And looks like another Coles Mastercard /gift card offer is out next week

1000 points for $50. Target looking good for the next 4 week promo. Hoping there's some overlap with a nice 3 day option.

I had the wrong amount of bonus points posted from a recent promo. For some reason the lower target amount was posted despite spending to reach the higher target. Called flybuys which acknowledged the mistake and promised to raise a case to fix it.

The flybuys system seems full of glitches lately, either points not posting on time or incorrectly. Even when calling customer service they don’t have the power to fix things on the spot and always have to open a case. Such a contrast to Everyday Rewards which seems to work well and have much more efficient customer service.

Agreed, the choice seems to be between flybuys' generosity or everyday rewards' execution
