Hi,

Ive been playing around(again) for the best RTW itinerary, i have been unable to find the fare rules, but want to know if this itinerary will work:

SYD-SCL-GRU-MAD-CAI-LHR-DME-HKG-SYD

I can't seem to get it to work online because the flight from Moscow to HK pushes me back through London and almost doubles the cost, however I believe CX do offer a direct flight but its not coming up? Any suggestions?

Even with the DME-xLHR-HKG segments it only takes the route up to 31,900 miles - you can have 35,000.

I don't believe it is breaking the transit/stopover rules for any particular port.

Why don't you just phone Qantas and ask hem if what you are planning is possible. I have always found them very helpful and you don't have to book through them as long as the itinerary you finally decide on is possible for an on-line booking.
