Well maybe she was deaf if the music was blaring from her headphones. She had to have it turned up so she could hear and not just to p!ss people off

So no more flat beds in business class? And no more foot rests on Qantas premium economy?

Isnt the solution to place the literature pocket a bit higher, or to provide footrests for row 1?
